MATCH PREVIEW | ROUND 23 VS BISHOP’S STORTFORD (AWAY)

BISHOP’S STORTFORD vs ROSSLYN PARK | 21 MARCH | 3PM

Rosslyn Park travel to Bishop’s Stortford on Saturday as they look to extend their winning run, having edged out Clifton 43–40 at The Rock last weekend. Park suffered an agonising 28–27 defeat to the Hertfordshire side when the two teams last met in November 2025 earlier this season.

However, Park have enjoyed success against Stortford in recent years, including a notable 40–28 victory in March 2025. The visitors will be hoping to rediscover that form as they make the trip to Silver Leys.

Bishop’s Stortford have also impressed this season and come into the match on the back of three consecutive wins over Leicester, Leeds and Rams. This sets up a fierce contest, and with Stortford hosting their Ladies’ Day, there is sure to be a lively and hostile atmosphere.

Player to watch: Tom Hitchcock. The former London Irish and Coventry centre brings a wealth of experience to the hosts. A physical presence, he has even featured in a Premiership Rugby Cup final for the Exiles and will no doubt pose a significant threat throughout the afternoon.

All signs point to a huge National One clash, with Park pushing for a top-four finish and the hosts aiming to cement their place in the top half of the table.
