Rosslyn Park Netball CluB

Rosslyn Park Netball Club (RPNC) is a family of 25 players from across South West London.

RPNC was formed in 2019 and we have two adult teams competing in the Surrey Prem A and Kingston & District Division 5 netball leagues (aspirations to expand to U18, U16, Men's & Mixed).

We’re all about team and club culture, dedication and working and playing hard - on and off the court. We work on a "club before individual" mentality with competitiveness at our core, and of course, friendship, fitness and fun. We pride ourselves on looking after each other, showing up with a good attitude and displaying great body language to motivate and encourage.

The club is run and coached by Director of Netball Tez Seidu, who has represented County, Welsh Universities, Regional Club and International (NETS) as a player. Tez is UKCC2 qualified and has five years’ coaching experience, including the England Ladies NETS team.

The club trains every Wednesday 7.30-9.30pm, which includes fitness from S&C coach Charlotte Quesnel alongside drills, court play and individual skills development.

Squads currently play alternate Saturdays at our home ground at Roehampton University or at opposing teams’ courts. We’re a sociable fun bunch throwing regular club socials, hanging out at the rugby club on match days and entering tournaments throughout the summer.
