The countdown has begun to the 2024 London Floodlit Sevens, and we’re delighted to announce a brand new format.
On Saturday 4 May, the hallowed ground will play host to twelve formidable male teams and six talented female teams, each vying for rugby glory culminating under the floodlights.
An exciting new element will be delivered by TIO CrossFit Gym, resident at Rosslyn Park. TIO will be hosting an incredible throwdown event, led by their impressive team of coaches, highlighting the never-say-die attitude that CrossFit represents. Expect blood, sweat and tears!
