Round 1 of the 2026/27 National 1 season is finally here, and we welcome Plymouth Albion to The Rock for a huge game to kick off the season.
The team is out, and what an exciting line-up we have. Joe Luca Smith takes on the captaincy, supported by vice-captain Ewan Fenley.
Our back line will be looking to showcase its skill set, with new signing Charlie Coe taking one wing and Luke Mehson on the other. Both wingers showed impressive form during pre-season and will be looking to build on that momentum.
Meanwhile, the pack sees plenty of our new signings looking to make an early impact this season, most notably Fred Davies at hooker and Danny Cutmore at lock.
The starting XV will be supported by a strong bench, with Dutch international lock Marijn Huis eager to make his mark in Park colours.
