Rosslyn Park make their long-awaited return following the end of the 2025/26 season. They get their first of three pre-season fixtures underway against local West London outfit Esher! With plenty of competition across the park, this Saturday’s game will be the perfect opportunity for new players to bed themselves into the squad and showcase their ability in red, white and blue.
The coaches have announced their squad, with Joe Luca Smith taking on the captaincy, while a scintillating backline will join him. Prolific scorer Luke Mehson will start on one wing, while new Park speedster Charlie Coe will be on the other. Furthermore, new signing Jack Matthews, formerly of the Leinster Academy, will take on the No. 9 role.
Moving onto the forwards, a familiar front row will start our game against Esher, including Max Fraine at hooker. Meanwhile, new signings Nick Murphy, Tommy Triggs and ex-Connacht back rower Donnacha Byrne will have their chance to show their power and skill for the first time in Park colours.
Looking to make an impact from the bench, new lad Archie Cleeve will be supporting the pack, while ex-Park Colts Max Winter and Finlay Wiseman will be eager to get firing with the backs. Finally, experienced Championship fly-half Josh Barton will also be hoping to make an impact from the replacements.
