We have a vacancy for an out of hours Club Caretaker. Details are below.
Job Title: Caretaker (Potentially a Job Share)
Site: Rosslyn Park FC Ltd, Priory Lane, Roehampton, London SW15 5JH
Start Date: 1st July 2022
Payment: Hourly rate negotiable depending on experience. 4 weeks paid holiday, plus Bank Holidays
Timings: Monday to Friday – 5pm to midnight / Saturday: 9am to 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Site and pitch security – opening up of buildings and closure of buildings, setting intruder alarm liaising with police and alarm company
- Overseeing surveillance reporting any acts of crime or vandalism
- Reporting any damage to property or repair and maintenance work required if unable to do the repair
- Point of contact for pitch bookings and companies on site
- Ensuring wash areas and toilet areas are regularly replenished and kept clean and tidy
- Maintain safe conditions within the facility
- Assisting with changing room allocations and cleaning the rooms between bookings
- Assist and oversee set up for events where necessary
- Match Day
o Assist with set up
o Ensure the site is kept in good maintenance order throughout the day
o Carpark management
o Support staff where needed
Skills Required:
- Being able to manage crisis situations
- Being courteous, honest and reliable
- Communicating effectively in both verbal and written format
- Following health and safety regulations
- Liaising with other workers
- Basic DIY knowledge
- Able to problem solve
