Match Review
ROSSLYN PARK 26 – 40 CAMBORNE
Rosslyn Park suffered defeat against newly promoted Camborne at The Rock on Saturday. After going 21-0 up in the first half, Park were unable to maintain their lead as the visitors eventually secured a 40-26 win.
There was plenty of attacking intent from the hosts, who will no doubt be eager to bounce back when the 1st XV head down the M4 to face Rams.
Reflecting on the game, hooker Fred Davies said: “I think we had a good foothold going into half-time. There’s a lot more in this group, which is frustrating.
“But credit to Camborne, they are a good side. There are some areas of the game we can take positives from, but ultimately, it’s not good enough.”
